Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days Monday — Friday.
The delivery standard for regular mail sent inside Canada & to the US. is:
- 3-5 business days for local orders
- 5-7 days for national orders
- 10-14 business days for orders in the US.
Delivery time frames are not guaranteed in the event of bad weather conditions.
During website sales, our shipping times are delayed 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We highly recommend booking hair appointments with these time frames in mind. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
Once the shipment is processed, we will send an email to confirm that your order is in the process of being shipped and another once the item is on its way.
It is your responsibility as the buyer to ensure you provide us with the correct address for shipping information (including phone number, buzzer code, and or P.O. Box).
The ClassyB Hair Collection & Studio will not be held liable for packages sent to an invalid address you the buyer submitted on the intake information.
In the event this has occurred, your order will then ONLY be canceled once the item is back in the seller’s possession. All originally charged funds will be REFUNDED back to the card that was used at the time of purchase.
